bestbattery4u.com does not send promotional e-mail of any type or generate
e-mail address lists.
Placing an Order
If you prefer not to use the on-line shopping cart, you may fill out an
order form and submit it electronically or print and fax it to
408-494-0804. You may also call us at 1-800-727-VOLT to place your
order.

Shipping
We are able to ship via USPS to APO addresses, US possessions, Alaska,
and Hawaii.
Return Policy
We recommend inspecting the battery / batteries in your unit before
placing your order.
Manufacturers may change
battery requirements / specifications without notice. Please call us @ 408-924-0800 if you have any questions
or need assistance when making your selection.
Should the incorrect product be ordered, you will be responsible for
return shipping and incur a restocking charge of 20%. The restocking fee
will be waived if you place a new order of equivalent or greater value.
Return requests must be made within 3 days of product receipt by
submitting a completed RMA request form. Returned product must be
received within 10 days of return authorization. RMA policy procedures
must be followed for all returns. Return deliveries without RMA numbers
will be refused.

Warranty
Limited Pro-Rated Warranty: Two years for float service applications, one year for non-float applications. bestbattery4u.com warrants its batteries to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use as follows:
(1) Up to one year from date of purchase, bestbattery4u.com will issue a
credit toward the replacement of the battery / batteries. The credit
will be equal to the price paid for the battery / batteries multiplied
by a fraction whose denominator is 12 and whose numerator is 12 minus
the number of months since the date of purchase. (For example, the
credit for a battery purchased 7 months ago will be 5/12's of the price
of the original battery.)
(2) This warranty is not valid if the battery has been / batteries have
been modified improperly charged, improperly installed, neglected,
overcharged, undercharged or misused in any way. Battery cell capacity
degradation due to excessive use is not covered by warranty.
(3) All requests for warranty returns must be made using the bestbattery4u
RMA request form (please see link above). Shipment of product to
bestbattery4u.com for evaluation is not covered by this warranty.
Battery Disposal
Please recycle all used batteries. You may ship your used batteries to
bestbattery4u.com and we will recycle them or you may take them to a local
recycling facility. Earth911.com provides recycling center information
by region or zip code.
